In re Estate of Ronald David Larson, 59186-3-II (Wash. App. March 18,  2025). Couple mutually breached prenuptial agreement by executing  contrary wills.  Reconsideration denied.  Review pending review before  Supreme Court. 

Askren v. Habets, 58943-5-II (Wash. App. November 25, 2024).  Residential eviction upheld.   

Mason v. Mason, 19 Wn. App. 2d 803, 497 P.3d 431 (2021).  Support of  immigrant spouse based on Form I-864 affidavit of support under 8 USC  1183a. 

Praxel v. Bagnell, 55072-5-III (Div. III  Dec. 28,  2021)(unpublished).  COA upheld trial court summary judgment dismissal  of adverse possession case. 

Porter v. Kirkendoll, 194  Wn.2d 194, 449 P.3d 627 (2019). Applied tort reform act for first time  to indemnity and contribution claims among joint tortfeasors in timber  trespass case. 

Bulldis v. Bulldis, 51687-0-II (Div. II 2018).  Breach of contract case.  Petitioner dismissed appeal after briefing filed. 

Van  v. Associated Envtl. Grp. LLC, 2018 Wash. App. LEXIS 2857; 2018 WL  6719940 (September 6, 2018 Div. II)(unpublished).  Employment contract  case.  

Hoover v. Warner, 189 Wn. App. 509, 358 P.3d 1174  (2015).  Court of Appeals upheld the trial court's findings that  defendants committed negligence, nuisance, and trespass after their road  grading project altered drainage patterns, causing significant damage  to plaintiff’s property. 

Saviano v. Westport Amusements,  Inc., 11 Wn. App. 72 (Div. II 2008).  Minority shareholder oppression.   Majority shareholder’s loans to closely held corporation constituted  self-dealing, defeating his claims to reimbursement before distributing  the dissolved corporation's assets among stockholders. 

Labco, Inc. v. Newbury, 2008 Wash. App. LEXIS 444* (February 26, 2008)(unpublished). Real estate contract forfeiture case. 

Hoglund  v. Meeks, 139 Wn. App. 854, 170 P.3d 37 (2007).  Contract case arising  out of attorney’s breach of fee sharing agreement in personal injury  case.

Roberts v. Dunn, 2007 Wash. App. LEXIS 2436  (August 14, 2007)(unpublished).  Trial court judgment for damages  affirmed in nuisance/harassment case. 

In re Corporate Dissolution of Ocean Shores Park Inc.; Jordan v. Rawson-Sweet,  

132  Wn. App. 903, 134 P.3d 1188 (2006)  Invalidated business transaction  between attorney and client as violating RPC 1.8(a) based upon fraud in  the inception.  

Weeden v. Point No Point View Estates  Homeowners Assn., et al., 29040-5-II (2004 Wash. App.)(unpublished).   Flooding/landslide case against upslope landowner for alleged failure to  properly manage surface drainage. 

Western Airpark  Association v. Greeff, 20217-4 and 21319.2-II (Div. II, January 22,  1998)(unpublished).  Upheld trial court judgment for damages and  injunction in nuisance action against certain residents of residential  airport/airpark.  

Estate of Kelly v. Falin, 127 Wn.2d 31,  896 P.2d 1245 (1995)(co-trial counsel).  Abolished first party cause of  action in Washington against bar for overservice of alcohol.
