For over thirty years J. Michael Morgan has represented numerous clients in trials, mediations and arbitrations in nearly all types of civil litigation. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree from Seattle University in 1980. He started his private law practice in Olympia in 1989 after receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University. From 1999 until 2005 he worked as trial counsel, assistant managing attorney and later acting manager attorney for the Tacoma Staff legal office of Safeco Insurance Company, starting and supervising that firm’s construction defect litigation unit, and also defending Safeco insureds in personal injury, wrongful death, landslide, pharmacy malpractice, dental malpractice, product liability and trespass/property damage cases.
